2. User Responsibilities & Account Terms

Your Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration and checkout
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Ensure you are of legal age to form binding contracts in your jurisdiction
• Use the website only for lawful purposes
• Verify your shipping address before completing your order

Prohibited Activities:

• Attempting to circumvent our security systems
• Using bots, scrapers, or other automated tools to access our site
• Making fraudulent purchases or using stolen payment methods
• Reselling our products for commercial purposes without authorization

Product Availability:

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities and discontinue products at any time. If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you and refund the corresponding amount.

4. Ordering & Payment Terms

Order Process:

• Add items to cart and proceed through checkout
• Review your order carefully before payment
• Receive order confirmation via email
• We process orders within 1-2 business days

Pricing & Currency:

All prices are listed in US dollars. While we strive for accuracy, pricing errors may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to cancel orders placed with incorrect prices.

Order Modifications & Cancellations:

Contact us immediately at [email protected] if you need to modify or cancel your order. Once an order has entered the processing stage, changes may not be possible.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping Methods:

• Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after shipment)
• Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after shipment)

Shipping Limitations:

We ship worldwide but currently cannot ship to some Asian countries and remote areas. Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Order Processing:

We carefully prepare all orders within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Tracking information is provided for all shipments.

International Customers:

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These are not included in our pricing.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Return Basics:

• Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
• Condition: Items must be unopened, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
• Return Shipping: Customer responsibility (except for damaged/incorrect items)

Non-Returnable Items:

Due to the nature of collectibles, we cannot accept returns on:

• Opened trading card packs or booster boxes
• Sealed products with broken seals
• Single cards from opened packs
• BE@RBRICK figures with removed packaging
• Any collectibles showing signs of use or damage

Return Process:

1. Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of delivery
2. Wait for approval and Return Authorization Number
3. Ship items securely with original packaging
4. Receive refund/exchange after inspection (3-5 business days)

Refund Information:

• Refunds issued to original payment method
• Processing: 3-5 business days after we receive return
• Bank processing: Additional 5-10 business days
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

Contact us immediately for damaged or wrong products. We’ll arrange a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement.

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits or anticipated savings
• Shipping delays beyond our control
• Damages occurring during shipping (though we insure all shipments)
• Disappointment with specific card pulls from sealed products

We take great care in packaging your collectibles, but recommend purchasing shipping insurance for high-value orders.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. Significant changes will be communicated to registered users.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state of Vermont. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of South Burlington, Vermont.
