📦 Return & Exchange Basics

Return Window: 15 days from delivery date

Condition Requirements: Items must be unopened, in original packaging, and in resalable condition

Return Shipping: Customer responsible for return shipping costs

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of trading card games and collectibles, the following cannot be returned:

  • Opened trading card packs or booster boxes (BANDAI CARDDASS, MAGIC: THE GATHERING, DIGIMON CARD GAME, etc.)
  • Sealed products with broken seals
  • Single cards from opened packs
  • BE@RBRICK figures with removed packaging
  • Any collectibles showing signs of use or damage

Why? Like opening a booster pack, the mystery and excitement can’t be returned once experienced!

🔄 The Return Process: 4 Simple Steps

1 Request Your Return

Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template below and include:

  • Order number
  • Product name and reason for return
  • Photos of any damaged items (if applicable)

2 Wait for Approval

Our team of fellow TCG enthusiasts will review your request within 2 business days. We’ll email you a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions.

3 Ship Your Return

Package items securely in original packaging. Include the Return Authorization Number visibly on the package. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

4 Receive Your Refund/Exchange

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.

💰 Refund Information

Refund Method: Refunds are issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)

Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return

Bank Processing: Additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account

Deductions: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is customer’s responsibility.

🌍 International Returns

For our global customers outside the US, please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Customs forms must be marked as “Returned Goods”
  • We cannot refund any original customs duties or taxes
